Unintentionally schooling fans in the long, arduous world of electronic game publishing, Heavy Cat Multimedia is once more poised to make a last ditch effort to set up a deal for a Sailor Moon game. The problem, supposedly, is not with the rights but with getting financial backing to design and produce the game as well as an agreement for a platform.
